Three Intelas leaders are among the winners of TechNation’s third annual Tech Choice Awards, emphasizing their expertise, commitment to excellence, and passion for healthcare technology management (HTM). TechNation’s yearly award program recognizes dedicated individuals and meaningful innovators within the HTM industry.

- Jennifer Chester, Senior Project Manager — Industry Influencer of the Year
- Lisa Fry, Regional Vice President — Women in Leadership Award
- Eric Massey, Regional Director of Operations — ISO Professional of the Year

Industry Influencer of the Year
Jennifer Chester, Sr. Project Manager, was named “Industry Influencer of the Year” for making HTM feel accessible, human, and inspiring through the creation of ‘Bella the BMET’ among her other contributions. Cheek notes that her positive energy and real credibility make her a voice people trust. With a decade of experience in HTM, Chester collaborates across teams to translate strategy into effective execution within patient care environments.

Women in Leadership Award
Lisa Fry, Regional Vice President (RVP), was named a winner of the “Women in Leadership Award.” Fry is a dedicated RVP who leads with purpose, consistency, and a clear commitment to people. According to Cheek, “She builds strong teams, earns trust quickly, and sets the tone for how leadership should look in today’s healthcare environment. Her broad experience in healthcare service fuels her dedication to setting higher standards, improving patient care outcomes, and driving innovation across HTM.”

ISO Professional of the Year
Eric Massey, Regional Director of Operations (RDO), was named an “ISO Professional of the Year.” Massey has earned a reputation as an RDO that teams can rely on, “not just for technical expertise, but for the professionalism and follow-through that make service partnerships work,” said Cheek. “We’re proud to see him recognized with this award.” Massey brings more than 25 years of experience delivering dependable, high-quality service where equipment uptime, quick turnaround times, and consistent reliability help clinicians do their best work, safeguard patients, and instill pride across teams.
