In early 2022, Riverside Health System began the process of selecting a new provider to elevate its clinical
engineering program. The health system needed immediate help preparing for a DNV accreditation survey,
identifying and building a service delivery plan for all medical devices, and addressing outstanding work
orders. At the same time, Riverside required any new provider to stand up a strong management team, hire
top-tier biomedical technicians, and implement a clear, actionable plan to meet
its goals
