Jim Cheek
Jim Cheek is the President of Intelas, a Compass One Healthcare company specializing in healthcare technology management (HTM). He most recently served as Division President of Crothall Healthcare Technology Solutions, where he led the division to Best-In-Class performance in regulatory compliance, client retention, and operational efficiency. Under his leadership, Crothall’s HTM team achieved significant national scale, expanded strategic service offerings, and consistently exceeded client expectations across hundreds of hospitals and healthcare systems.
In 2025, Jim successfully transitioned the HTM division into a standalone brand, Intelas, positioning it as an innovation-forward leader under Compass One Healthcare. Intelas maintains more than one million pieces of equipment annually, including over 50,000 connected medical devices, and has roughly 1,000 associates. Jim continues to drive the company’s strategic direction, culture, and growth, with a focus on digital transformation, service excellence, and people development.
With over 30 years of experience in healthcare support services, Jim brings deep operational insight and a passion for building and leading high-performing teams. Jim earned his bachelor’s at Elon University and his master’s from the Medical University of South Carolina.
David Ochs
As Division President of Operations, David Ochs has built an extensive background in sales and operations, with a proven track record of profitable growth and customer retention. He offers more than 21 years of experience in sales and operations leadership.
Known for his collaborative leadership style, David is dedicated to building strong teams, fostering client relationships, and aligning operations with strategies that support both growth and long-term success.
Based in Wheaton, Illinois, David enjoys spending his free time golfing, traveling, and being outdoors—especially near the water. Married for more than 30 years with four children, family time is a central priority. David has served on the board of a local nonprofit for the past decade, with the entire family actively involved in volunteering across the organization.
Shashi Avadhani
Shashi Avadhani is a seasoned healthcare technology management (HTM) leader and Regional Vice President of Operations with 38 years of experience, including 20 years with Compass Group. In his current role, Shashi leads operations in the New York Region, working with teams to deliver excellent service, streamline processes, and support the organization’s long-term success.. He also brings extensive international clinical engineering experience, having worked in countries including India, Saudi Arabia, and Canada.
Shashi resides in South Brunswick, New Jersey with his wife Amita and his two sons. He loves to travel and learn about different cultures and history. At home, Shashi likes to stream action and crime shows and movies.
Richard Eliason
Richard Eliason is the Senior Director Quality & Compliance at Intelas. He has dedicated more than 14 years to ensuring the highest standards of excellence across the organization. In his role, Eliason leads efforts to strengthen quality systems, compliance practices, and operational processes that build trust with both operators and clients.
Prior to joining Intelas, Richard spent more than a decade in clinical engineering roles, gaining extensive experience in healthcare operations, process improvement, and team leadership. This built the foundation for his work in quality and compliance at Intelas.
Richard lives in Hamptonville, North Carolina, enjoys spending time with his family, and being outdoors as much as possible. A drummer and guitarist, he loves to play music with friends and loved ones.
Lisa Fry
Lisa Fry is a dedicated Regional Vice President in the Healthcare Technology Management industry, known for her leadership in new account stabilization and development. A finalist for both the ISO Professional of the Year and Women in Leadership at the 2026 Tech Choice Awards, Lisa is recognized by her peers for her commitment to excellence and innovation.
Lisa seeks to contribute to the growth and profitability of a healthcare technology management organization that values innovation, advancement, and achievement—leveraging her extensive leadership experience and proven ability to deliver results.
Outside of work, Lisa is a proud supporter of the Carolina Panthers and Indianapolis Colts, attending every Panthers home game and hosting spirited gatherings for away games, where her Boston Terriers—decked out in team gear—join the celebration. When it’s not football season, Lisa and her family spend as much time as possible on the lake.
Geoff Hunt
Geoff Hunt is the VP, Imaging Service and Supply Chain at Intelas. In this role, he supports our teams delivering service for over 25,000 imaging devices at hospitals and clinics across the USA. He believes that a well-trained, well supported team focused on capable, responsive service delivery creates a solid foundation for customer partnerships and shared success. He is excited to be part of a business that is as customer focused as he is, investing in people and processes to drive efficiencies for our clinical customers.
Before stepping into his current leadership role, Geoff spent much of his career at GE Healthcare, where he developed a deep understanding of team leadership, imaging technology, OEM and Multi-Vendor service operations. In 2021, he joined Crothall Healthcare as VP of Imaging Services.
Geoff currently resides in Central Florida and enjoys traveling, great company, and a good coffee. He loves to visit his two sons and grandpups out West as much as possible.
Michael Martin
As Vice President of Services at Intelas for the past five years, Michael Martin brings over two decades of experience in medical technology, spanning capital equipment sales and service, operations and revenue fulfillment, as well as IT transformation and acquisition integration across global markets.
His results-driven approach has earned national recognition, including #1 and #2 rankings for sales and revenue performance, three consecutive years of top customer satisfaction ratings, and transformational improvements in operational performance through cloud-based solutions.
Based outside Atlanta, Georgia, Michael is a West Point alumnus and a passionate mentor who has coached many professionals who later adopted senior executive roles. He also designed three corporate university programs that continue to provide leadership development.
Dan Miles
Dan Miles is the Vice President of Information Technology at Intelas, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry to his role. He is known for his ability to successfully deliver complex programs, ensuring that systems and solutions not only meet technical requirements but also drive real value for our organization and clients.
Before joining Intelas, Dan served as Managing Partner at Quill Service, where he led initiatives to transform IT operating environments and improve service delivery. His passion for leveraging technology to solve challenges has fueled a career defined by streamlined operations, stronger customer experiences, and measurable business growth.
Dan is based in Texas, where he enjoys golfing with his sons, spending time outdoors with family, and supporting his daughter at her band performances. He also has a strong interest in the stock market, which he follows as both a hobby and a way to stay engaged with current events.
Joe Miller
Joe Miller serves as the Vice President of Finance, bringing more than three decades of experience to his role. Over the past six years with Intelas, he has provided leadership that strengthens organizational growth, ensures fiscal responsibility, and supports strategic decision-making.
With over 30 years in the field, Joe has developed deep expertise in financial planning, analysis, and operations. His career reflects a dedication to accuracy, integrity, and long-term value creation.
Beyond the numbers, Joe lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife, two daughters, and two Australian Shepherds. He enjoys all kinds of watersports, including scuba diving, wakeboarding, and surfing.
Marley Pritchard
Marley Pritchard is the Vice President of Client Experience & Strategy at Intelas, where she leads HTM initiatives designed to enhance client satisfaction, strengthen long-term partnerships, and deliver measurable value. In her role, Marley oversees strategic programs that align operational excellence with client outcomes—building experiences grounded in collaboration, innovation, and trust.
Before joining Intelas, Marley spent more than 16 years building a diverse portfolio of experience across sales and marketing, strategic partnerships, and management consulting. She has led complex engagements with health systems and enterprise clients, developing solutions that optimize technology performance, improve financial sustainability, and elevate the overall client experience. Marley’s career has been defined by her ability to translate business strategy into actionable initiatives that drive growth and foster meaningful relationships.
Marley resides in the greater Philadelphia area with her husband, children, dog, and cat. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and entertaining family and friends, practicing yoga, and finding creative outlets that bring balance to work and home life.
Lynn Westbrook
Lynn Westbrook is the Midwest Regional Vice President of Operations at Intelas. With over three decades of experience in healthcare technology management, Lynn draws on her deep expertise in HTM to guide regional teams, build trusted client partnerships, and deliver clinical technology solutions that improve healthcare operations and support better patient care.
Since joining Intelas, she has quickly established herself as a trusted leader known for her collaborative style, strategic insight, and commitment to service excellence. Prior to joining our organization, Lynn built a distinguished career in leadership roles across major organizations, including GE Healthcare and Johnson Controls.
Lynn resides in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, with her husband of 32 years and has three children. She enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and cheering on college football—especially the Wisconsin Badgers.
David Wilson
As Vice President of National Field Service at Intelas, David Wilson leads operations across the country, supporting medical technology in hospitals, outpatient centers, and affiliated healthcare sites.
David emphasizes collaboration, team development, and client partnership, aligning field service operations with strategies that drive growth and long-term success. His guidance has advanced service delivery nationwide, strengthening Intelas’ ability to support healthcare organizations across a range of care environments.
David is based in Concord, North Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, being involved in church activities, playing golf, and relaxing at the lake.
