Recognizing excellence in marketing
Intelas has been named a winner in PR Daily’s Marketing Awards, earning top honors in the Brand Launch category for the successful introduction of its new brand identity.
Building on the legacy of Crothall Healthcare Technology Solutions, the Intelas brand was introduced to better represent the organization’s evolution and growing role in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM).
As the organization continued to grow, leadership saw an opportunity to create a stronger market identity that more accurately reflected the organization’s expanding role in Healthcare Technology Management. While the previous brand carried strong recognition, it did not fully communicate the intelligence, consistency, and enterprise-level support Intelas delivers across health systems.
The rebrand strengthened Intelas’ position within the HTM landscape, helping the broader market understand what clients already know: Intelas provides the expertise, scale, and strategic partnership needed to navigate increasingly complex healthcare technology environments.
Intelas supports healthcare organizations by managing more than 1.15 million medical devices across 4,500 sites nationwide. Its teams oversee complex equipment environments, helping health systems improve uptime, strengthen cybersecurity, centralize oversight, and enhance financial predictability.
Robert O’Regan, Content Manager for Intelas, accepted the award on behalf of the company during a ceremony in New York City.
“This award confirms the strength of our rebrand strategy, which centered on communicating the expertise, intelligence, and strategic partnership that define our organization,” said O’Regan. “Our goal was to create a brand that accurately reflects the organization we’ve built over decades.”
Intelas President, Jim Cheek, said the new brand better reflects the organization’s evolution while reinforcing its strategic role in healthcare.
“As expectations for cybersecurity, visibility, and systemwide performance continue to rise, a modern identity became essential for communicating our role as a trusted partner supporting enterprise-level decisions,” said Cheek. “This recognition reflects the strength of our brand and the expertise our teams bring to healthcare organizations every day.”
